How to Configure cPanel Email Print

Steps to Configure:

1. Create an Email Account in cPanel

   • Log in to cPanel.
   • Go to Email Accounts.
   • Click Create and enter the email address and password.

2. Access Webmail

   • Visit yourdomain.com/webmail and log in with the email address and password.

3. Configure Email Clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)

   • Use the following settings for manual setup:
     • Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com (IMAP or POP3)
     • Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com (SMTP)
     • Port for IMAP: 993
     • Port for POP3: 995
     • Port for SMTP: 465 or 587
     • SSL/TLS: Enabled

4. Test the Email Setup

   • Send a test email to confirm everything works.
